I Am Number Four!

Hi Bookworms,
 I have finally finished I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore. So...here is my review :)

I do not own this picture!
 This book is kind of hard to describe...it's kind of realistic fiction mixed with romance mixed with fantasy mixed with action! Here's a brief synoposis;
    John Smith is not your average teenager. He regularly moves from small town to small town. He changes his name and identity. He does not put down roots. He cannot tell anyone who or what he really is. If he stops moving those who hunt him will find and kill him. But you can't run forever. So when he stops in Paradise, Ohio, John decides to try and settle down. To fit in. And for the first time he makes some real friends. People he cares about - and who care about him. Never in John's short life has there been space for friendship, or even love. But it's just a matter of time before John's secret is revealed. He was once one of nine. Three of them have been killed. John is Number Four. He knows that he is next...

 Sounds interesting, right? If it doesn't suck you in, trust me the story will. By the end of it I was kind of teary, feeling what John was feeling. This is a movie, so I most definitely will have to watch it now. It's not your average alien book, jeez this is the first alien book I have read! It's so much better than it sounds, it honestly is great. Even though Pittacus features himself in the book, it's still good. You have to wonder what Pittacus's imagination is like and what exactly caused his ideas for the story/book.

 I'd reccomend those who are looking for an easy-ish read that won't take them all summer to read. This is one of the longest times I have spent reading a book, I've been so caught up~
 Have a GREAT summer :) What did you think of this book? Do you want to read it, if you haven't already?
